Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services of Trip Services, LLC. By contacting us, using our website, or purchasing travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or enter into any agreement with Trip Services, LLC.

1.2 Authority

If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Trip Services, LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a US-based travel planning and booking agency located at 675 Leaning Oak Rd, Oxford, NC 27565. We provide personalized travel consulting, itinerary planning, flight and hotel booking assistance, tour coordination, and related travel services.

We act as an agent on your behalf when booking travel with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, etc.). All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.

3. Bookings & Reservations

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information (including traveler names exactly as they appear on government-issued ID) when making bookings. Trip Services, LLC is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Trip Services, LLC and all required deposits or payments have been received.

3.3 Supplier Terms

All travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions, cancellation policies, and restrictions of the applicable travel suppliers. We will provide you with relevant supplier terms prior to confirming any booking.

4. Fees, Payments & Billing

4.1 Service Fees

Trip Services, LLC may charge service or consultation fees in addition to the cost of travel products. All fees will be disclosed to you before any charges are applied.

4.2 Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize Trip Services, LLC and/or our payment processors to charge the applicable fees for services and bookings you have requested.

4.3 Taxes

All prices are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any destination-imposed fees or surcharges. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may be unable to confirm or hold your booking. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable North Carolina law.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Client Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and fare type. Many airline tickets, hotel reservations, and tour packages are non-refundable or subject to significant penalties. We will advise you of applicable cancellation policies prior to booking.

5.2 Service Fee Refunds

Trip Services, LLC service and consultation fees are generally non-refundable once planning or booking work has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

5.3 Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at dan@4imi.com. We will investigate and issue a correction, credit, or refund for confirmed errors.

6. Travel Documentation & Requirements

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other entry requirements for your destination(s). Trip Services, LLC is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages arising from failure to obtain required documentation.

Entry requirements change frequently. We strongly recommend verifying requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority prior to travel.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for every trip. Trip Services, LLC is not liable for losses due to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, travel delays, or other unforeseen events. We can assist you in obtaining appropriate coverage upon request.

All content on the Trip Services, LLC website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Trip Services, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. 10. Client Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of the personal and travel information you provide to us. We collect and process this data only as necessary to provide and support our services.

11. Third-Party Services

In the course of providing travel services, we work with third-party travel suppliers, booking platforms, and service providers. These third parties are governed by their own terms and policies. Trip Services, LLC is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or service quality of any third-party suppliers once a booking is confirmed.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." Trip Services, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of information, uninterrupted service availability, or outcomes of travel arrangements. Travel inherently involves risks, including weather disruptions, supplier failures, and geopolitical events beyond our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any travel arrangements made on your behalf. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees paid to Trip Services, LLC for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trip Services, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Granville County, North Carolina, or through binding arbitration if both parties agree.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, we may notify you directly by email.
